it is Speed.exe - the File of start of the game NFSMW 1.3.
I removed from it the excavator which blocked final journey to the old bridge.
now there it is possible to go at any time games.
installation:
to copy the Speed file in the main folder with game (where all files)
to replace that file which there is.
(but at first make the copy of the file what to return it in case of misoperation)
to start game and to reach to the right place. (the highway near stadium)
I tested on several different versions of game
mistakes in work of the file it wasn't observed.
